Hi, I’m David Schiek, and I grew up in Rhinelander, Wisconsin. My pharmacy is a stone’s throw from where my father, grandfather, and great-grandfather practiced medicine. As a fourth-generation contributor to healthcare in the Rhinelander community, I am enjoying putting a new spin on the old fashioned pharmacy.
I completed my undergraduate at the University of Wisconsin in Eau Claire and Milwaukee. I hold a pharmacy degree from Ferris State University in Big Rapids, Michigan, and I am a licensed pharmacist in the State of Wisconsin. I began my career at Stoxen Pharmacy in 1996. I have a special interest in proactive care, patient centered health management, and compounding.
My wife, Alison, and I are both originally from the Rhinelander area and have four children. When not in the pharmacy, I enjoy helping out my children’s basketball teams and volunteering my time as the Vice President of the Rhinelander Basketball Association.
