Hometown Pharmacy opened in Lancaster on July 22nd, 2019. We take pride in offering personalized and convenient service. We offer many services including free prescription delivery, immunizations, medication packaging, medication synchronization, drive-thru, and more. We carry a full line of over-the-counter medications, full spectrum CBD products, vitamins and nutritional supplements. Our boutique has seasonal gifts, home decor, apparel, Knoke’s Chocolates, and much more. We enjoy giving back to our community supporting local events, being a member of the Lancaster Chamber of Commerce, and supporting local charities.
Hello, I’m Teri Welter-Knoke. I graduated from the University of Iowa College of Pharmacy in May 2000. Originally from Dubuque, Iowa, my career started in hospital pharmacy. I have been a local community pharmacist in Lancaster since 2008, and excited to partner with Hometown Pharmacy since July 2019 to continue serving the Lancaster area.
I most enjoy building personal relationships with my patients and assisting them with their healthcare needs. My husband, Jim, and I live in rural Lancaster with our two dogs and like to spend our spare time with family and friends, working on the family farm, and snowmobiling.
