Hometown Pharmacy has been open in De Pere since August 2019. The partner-owner and pharmacist, Sarah, was a previous Shopko pharmacist and is welcoming all her former customers to Hometown, as well as new customers that are looking for a new pharmacy. Hometown is part of the De Pere Chamber of Commerce and prides themself on helping out their neighbors and customers with excellent customer service. They offer a variety of services including prescription refills, immunizations, drive thru, and free delivery to help customers live a healthy life.
The pharmacist also gives talks at Bellin Health and the De Pere Community Center. She also does rotations with pharmacy students from Concordia and the UW pharmacy school. “I hope to coach students to give similar health care prevention talks to our local schools while doing rotations with me” Sarah says.
Hey there! My name is Sarah and I am a University of Madison Wisconsin Pharmacy Graduate. I received my biology major, chemistry minor and honors degree from the University of Milwaukee Wisconsin. I have over 14 Years of of pharmacy experience within our Wisconsin community.
I have two beautiful daughters and an amazing husband whom are constant reminders of what matters most in life. We cherish spending biking and hiking time together and beating each other up in cribbage and dominos. I am also a born and raised local farm girl who enjoys a little quiet time in my garden.
My passion is trying to help our community by providing a pharmacy that offers more than just medication. We aim higher to offer health care prevention through education about lifestyle, nutrition and supplementation we trust. I was recently blessed to be offered a partnership with Hometown pharmacy who shares this passion and who pushes the limit in preventative care.
